The room was okay, but I spent the night worried the A/C might catch fire. It took some fiddling by the desk clerk to get it running, even though I’d checked that it was plugged in. A few hours later it started crackling and popping near the unit or plug. When I called, the new clerk dismissed it and said he didn’t think anything was wrong. I told him I hoped it wouldn’t catch fire while I was there, and he slammed the phone down. Getting to the room was a problem too: I’d requested a first floor room through the CLC app because of my disabilities, but the front desk was rude and said they hadn’t received that request and had no first floor rooms. When I explained I couldn’t carry my things upstairs and there was no elevator, she just stared at me. Luckily, a gentleman helped with my bags. The customer service was horrible.

We stayed at the Best Western executive inn about a week ago, and the location felt safe. I didn’t worry about anyone breaking into our car, and it was convenient too. The whole building was clean, our room was very clean, and service was quick. The clerk was polite and friendly. Breakfast that Sunday was good as well. My family and I would stay here again, and I’d recommend it to friends and family.

After our long drive, we found odors in both the first room and the second, so we had to go buy air fresheners and candles to make them smell better. The front desk agent was rude from the start, with no greeting until I greeted her and mentioned my reservation. There was also damage to the roof outside near the lobby, and it looked like rain might be getting inside. When we tried to have breakfast, the women there were rude and started cleaning up and packing things away before breakfast time was over. One of the worst experiences. Don't book here!
