Friendly staff and an easy check-in and checkout, plus good value. The rooms were clean, but noise from the room above and from neighbors showering was a problem. The hot water made a loud flow sound with a dull whistle, and squeaky floors woke us two of the three nights. I'd give it five stars if the breakfast, even for a cheap one, weren't a little lackluster.

There were loads of ladybug-looking beetles in our room, which was the main problem. Otherwise it was clean and everything worked fine. We mostly took the stairs because the elevator was slow. Breakfast was good the first day and absolutely disgusting the second. The hotel is right behind a Casey's gas station, with just about every fast food chain nearby, and even a Starbucks.

I loved my stay here. It's a great budget-friendly place, with a good hot breakfast, a beautiful hotel, and very friendly staff.

We've stayed here almost every weekend for four months. It was great at first, but the rooms have been getting less clean over time. Most employees I've met were pleasant, but my wife and I had several encounters with one night front desk attendant who was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Because of her, we don't plan to come back. After the first incident, I asked for the hotel manager's contact details and was given an email address. I wrote and never heard back. Weeks later, I asked if I could print something at the business center. They said someone had stolen the computer and it hadn't been replaced, but that the front desk could print it if I emailed them. They gave me the same address they'd said was the manager's, which made it clear to me why I'd received no reply.
