The Dry Dock Motel had a clean pool area and safe off-street parking inside the motel grounds. Our room was on the street side and had a balcony. The location is excellent, only two blocks from the boardwalk, so we walked over often. The place didn't look anything like the online photos, which caught us off guard. At night, the party scene picks up around there, as you'd expect, but the noise came through the wall and nearly kept me awake all night. There was also a lot of smoking around us, perhaps from just one neighbor, but I noticed it. My son suggested we look at other lodging next time. It's a decent place to crash if you're spending your time at the beach.

We had such a fun mini vacation here. The rate was great, the staff at check-in were friendly, and getting in and out was quick and easy. Our room was adorable and had ice-cold air conditioning. It was only a block from the beach, and the pool was perfect, with lots of new floats. It stayed open into the evening, so we could relax and cool off after a day at the beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we took a peaceful late-night stroll on the Boardwalk before heading back. The front desk staff were friendly and didn't rush us during checkout. Thanks for making our start to summer so nice! 🌞😎 🌊

During the week, it was under $200, which makes the Dry Dock a solid value hotel in Seaside Heights. It's a block from the boardwalk, has a great pool, and the management is friendly. Pretty much what you'd want for the price.

We left after one night. The room was dirty, the toilet was missing the proper tank cover and seat, and the entrance door barely shut, like it could easily have been kicked in. There was security on site, but they seemed to stand around doing nothing while people ran up and down yelling in the middle of the night. The whole stay was horrendous.

The motel is in a great spot, but the room was nasty. The table was broken, and the locks on the doors weren't good. Someone could probably have forced their way in by pushing hard. The mattress felt more like a box spring.
