The front deck gave our family plenty of space to sit outside, have dinner, and watch the sunset. The house is clean and spacious, and everything looks updated. They even had phone chargers, which helped since we'd forgotten ours. We brought our bikes and rode them on the promenade. What a fantastic house near the beach. We'll definitely return.

The little details made the Orca Beach House stand out for us. There were charging cords in handy spots, so plugging in a laptop or other device was easy. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished. It's just a few steps from the promenade and close to the beautiful Seaside beach. We've stayed in other vacation rentals, and this one was a cut above. I can't say enough good things about it, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The garden was lovely, with flowers as well as edible plants and herbs. Inside, the kitchen was great, and the couch was comfortable whether we were relaxing on a sunny, warm day or watching a movie by the fire with cocoa on a cold, rainy night. The house sits a little above the beach, so we could see it from the front porch, and it's very close by. We'll stay here anytime we're on the coast.

We found the place clean and comfortable, and it was an easy, relaxing spot for a beach getaway. The home has been updated recently and sits just steps from the beach. That big front deck is a lovely place to unwind. Highly recommend it.

The house matched its description and then some, and we liked it. Our one small gripe was the usual CenturyLink DSL connection. We tried to watch TV one evening, but the nonstop buffering got really annoying.
