Courtyard by Marriott Seattle SeaTac Airport

Roberto at the bistro really stood out. He was so friendly and went out of his way to make the experience memorable. Everyone greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived, and the bistro was great. Our family stayed a couple of days, our first time at a Courtyard Marriott, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The airport was close by, too. We did find the body wash unfilled when we got in, but the front desk sorted it quickly. Housekeeping could double-check the supplies before guests arrive. Apart from that small issue, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The room was clean and roomy, and the front desk employees were amazing. The hotel itself is great. What went badly was the morning airport ride. The driver complained about the schedule because he had to turn around, then acted rudely toward my family. I was with my wife, our five-month-old daughter in a car seat, and six bags. He drove the van like hell, said nothing, and left us at the airport without a word or any direction or help. If you're taking the van to the airport in the morning, check that it's not the grumpy old man. We should've taken an Uber.

Roberto was a huge help in the mornings when our work team of 70-80 people all needed breakfast. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout my work trip. Our room was clean and nice, and the airport was very close.

We'd had travel delays so bad that we were only going to get a few hours to lie down. Renee gave us a late checkout, made us feel welcome, and let us reset the trip. That saved our vacation. The place was clean and breakfast was delicious, but the service was the best part. Thanks, we'll be back.
