They refused to refund me and charged the first night as a cancellation penalty, even after I'd checked three rooms and said I couldn't stay. The first room was freezing: the AC was off and unplugged, and I had to get down on my hands and knees to reach the plug. There were huge stains on the chair, a torn bedspread with a poor repair, and a refrigerator that was unplugged, stained and rusty. The microwave was rusty inside too. A beat-up cabinet had a door that wouldn't close, leaving it open into the walkway. The front desk employee checked the room, agreed with what I found, and called the manager to ask about moving me. The second room was almost as disgusting, with a stained chair, battered furniture, torn bedspread and stained microwave. They insisted I see a third room after I asked again for a refund. By then I noticed the lobby furniture was stained, torn and disgusting, and they wouldn't turn on the heat there either. The poor employee was shivering in a coat. The third room had the same problems. I felt sick to my stomach, almost like I was going to vomit, and told them I wouldn't stay and needed a refund. I would never stay at another hotel owned by the same group. They're rude and seriously gross.

Didn't feel safe at all. The lobby smelled like smoke, there were insects in the bathroom, onion skins behind the side table, and the parking lot smelled like 🍃. Our neighbors were shouting at each other at 2am. The building is beside an abandoned Applebees, and there was an abandoned car in the lot. Even the clean towel I picked up had someone's hair in it. Dirty, stinky, nasty. Don't stay here ever!

There wasn't even a trash can when I went to throw away the cups and hair, after finding pubic hair on the ice tray. My family wanted to bathe and shower, but there weren't enough towels. When we called the front desk to ask for more, the woman came into our room and invaded our privacy. The prices were a mess too: a sign said $55 for a room, but I was charged almost $80, plus another $10 and a $20 damage fee. Get your place in check!

For a late night or last-minute stay, I thought it was alright. The room was clean, the lobby welcoming, and the service phenomenal. Mrs Shiela explained the booking process well. The room wasn't the best, though: the TV was broken, and the fire extinguisher on our floor had a broken wall mount, which made me uneasy. With their current two stars, I think they're rated a tad low. I don't think they get many customers.
