After a bad start, the stay became decent once I got into Building 1. That room was quiet, looked onto the inner garden, and was an easy short walk from the lobby. For $109 a night it was a very decent room, and the breakfast I got with the voucher tasted great. At check-in, the receptionist first put me in Building 2. The first room was on the ground floor right across from the elevator, so I expected a noisy night. When I asked for a higher floor, I was sent to the farthest room on the second floor, facing the parking garage. Building 2’s rooms are pretty undesirable, with low, dated popcorn ceilings and bathrooms so tiny the toilet sits diagonally beside the sink. Then I found a giant fly in the bathroom and went back to the desk. Only then did they move me to Building 1 and offer a $35 breakfast voucher. Be ready to speak up at check-in and ask which building you’re getting. Watch for extra fees, too. They charged me just to receive an Amazon package. It arrived on my check-in day, so I wasn’t asking them to hold it for days. Charging guests for a simple delivery feels cheap and left a bad taste.

The airport shuttle was a great perk, and the location is convenient. The rooms were nice, but for what I paid I expected a robe and a view. It was only a little nicer than a Holiday Inn express. Parking in the garage cost us $35 a day, and the overall price was astronomical. Just too much money!

The bathroom in our main-level room was much too small for a room with double King beds, especially with three people. That was my main concern. Jamerah made check-in feel easy after our hectic flight schedule. She was professional, warm, and attentive, and made us feel welcome and valued from the start. Everyone provided great service, and her personable manner and care for guests really stood out. Sandra at the bar inside Spencer's restaurant was also friendly and attentive to me and my youngest daughter when we had to sit outside the bar area during the restaurant’s off hours. The airport and the link train were easy to reach, and the food at Spencers was wonderful. Thanks for having such a dedicated team.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was more comfortable than I expected. I slept better than I thought I would. My view wasn’t great, which is why I gave four stars, but the service was very good. They’d text now and then to ask if I needed anything. I’d forgotten my razor, and they left one tied to my doorknob. So nice. It’s conveniently located by the airport and works well for meetings or a convention.
