AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Downtown

Yama made the stay stand out, offering attentive, professional help with real kindness throughout. I felt valued as a guest. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, and the whole hotel felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully put together. It has an upscale feel while still being calm and welcoming. I highly recommend AC Hotel Seattle for an easy, elevated stay, and I'll be back.

The route to get to the hotel isn't the friendliest, so I'd give the location three stars. Otherwise, it's a quiet spot, and I've had a great experience so far. Everyone I interacted with, including Jaydra, Victor, Hyat, Sabrina, Joe, Madison, Jason, Sandra, and Crystal, made me feel welcome and appreciated. I had no bad experiences or inconveniences. Jaydra especially replied quickly and went out of her way to meet my requests. I kept visiting the desk and calling down for things, and at times worried I was becoming a nuisance because I'm self-conscious, but everyone was great. I'd recommend staying here for business or a short city visit.

We flew in from Hawaii, and our flight was delayed four hours. As Hyatt elite members, we usually get checkout around 2 PM, but a friend accidentally checked us out early while we were grabbing breakfast. Hyat quickly reversed it and restored access to our room, with no hassle. Her professionalism, kindness, knowledge of the area, and warm welcome made a stressful travel day much easier and kept our trip on track. We had a great stay at Hyatt at Olive 8 in Seattle, and the front desk service was a big part of it. Experiences like this are why we stay loyal to Hyatt properties. We'll definitely return, especially because of Hyat. Mahalo from Hawaii!

Miko remembered my name and room number all week, always with a genuine smile. When I was exhausted, he even brought my packages up to my room. That's real hospitality. The whole crew was warm whenever I came in, and the rooms were clean, fresh-smelling, and seemed new. Ubers were always one or two minutes away. The hotel is about a mile from the Market, close to restaurants, massage boutiques, and other services, and Whole Foods is walkable. Absolutely fabulous experience.
