My wife was able to check in early with our son, and they upgraded us to a suite because the room I'd reserved wasn't available. The suite was decent, though housekeeping had left the previous guests' food in the fridge. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.

The room was about what you'd expect from a hotel, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the front desk folks were lovely. I enjoyed my stay overall. But I will never forgive that breakfast. I understand the hot food choices were limited since it wasn't peak season, but the biscuits and gravy were awful. The biscuits were somehow soggy and rock hard at once, and the “gravy” was watery, with little bits of sausage, and somehow both white and brown. The stay was marvelous, but I've never been so offended by breakfast.

Room 416 had a comfortable bed. Some things could be improved, but the hotel put money into what matters most, the bed. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were very polite and courteous.

For the price, this is my go-to place in the area. The rooms are big and clean, and the kitchen suites are huge. Breakfast is good, and it's quiet with very little nonsense. I'd recommend it if you're looking for the best you can get on a budget.

The manager and staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From now on, this is where we'll stay when we visit Seattle.
