The rooftop bar had incredible craft cocktails and food, plus a great view. I loved the decor and location too, and the staff were kind throughout. Oliver and Amani, the Valets, were especially patient and professional, while Sam at the front desk and his cohort were lovely and helpful. The place was clean, the service was great, and I thought it was good value for money.

The rooftop venue, the mountaineering club?, is good, but the staff were awful. At the lobby, a woman wouldn't let me enter without physical ID, even though she could have explained that I could go in but wouldn't be able to drink since they couldn't verify my age. Then the server didn't know the menu drinks or what off-menu options were available. The whole thing had the pretension of a place that thinks being good means it can treat patrons however it wants.

Our rooms were clean, and the service was spectacular. Cleo helped us get our car at literally 5AM, with such a pleasant, kind attitude. We really enjoyed the stay.

Herman, our late-shift Valet, made the stay at the Graduate by Hilton even better. He was polite and helpful, always greeting us and making sure he was there if we needed anything. They're lucky to have such a great employee. We enjoyed our stay.
