I moved out recently after a little over a year at Sidney, and I have only good things to say. The common areas were kept clean, with a cleaning crew there regularly. Oliver was great, very friendly, and answered all my questions.

The apartment was a good fit for the price, with a floor plan I liked and an easy walk to my job in SLU. I lived at Sidney for the past year and really enjoyed it. The staff were helpful whenever I had an issue or question, and they worked hard to keep the common areas clean and in good shape. Shout-out to Oliver and David. I had to leave Seattle, but if I come back, I’d be happy to live at Sidney apartments again.

Oliver made a stressful housing search from across the country feel easy. I’m a new resident at Sidney and excited to be here. Even during that hectic week before I moved, he stayed patient through my many calls. When he showed me around after I arrived, he knew every resident’s name, which made the building feel like home. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the staff really care. Thanks, Oliver and Sidney Apartments❤️

We left after buying a house, but otherwise my wife and I probably would have stayed another few years. We lived here for about two years, and management, especially Oliver and Sara, was incredibly responsive. The building was quiet, neighbors were friendly, and we never had a package stolen. There are also plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Great job, Sidney team!
