The water was really cold, below body temperature, so I wouldn’t call it warm. Something in our bathroom was broken, which meant my family couldn’t wash their hair and I had wet hair nearly all night. We told the staff in person several times, but the issue wasn’t fixed until the next morning. The supervisor was unfriendly and seemed to be avoiding responsibility. Nobody apologized, let alone offered compensation. Unbelievably bad. I won’t return.

We booked a room for four friends and me on New Year’s Eve 2012, mostly to party around Seattle, and that’s what we did. The little lounge served us high-end scotch at a decent price. The service was great, and they didn’t give my drunk self any problems. Thanks, 6th. See you next year.

The bartender was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the place was eco-friendly. It was decent. There’s no complimentary breakfast, though that stuff is usually crappy anyway.

It’s in a good downtown spot and costs under $200, so it’s not too expensive. But this hotel feels old and even smells bad. Nothing about it is luxurious. The toiletries come from a wall dispenser, lol. It’s very dated and worn out.

The staff and location are fantastic, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are decent too, no complaints.
