There are cracks in the walls, the bed is small, and the room is only big enough for one or two people. The windows don't block much light in the evening. Sharing the kitchen and laundry wasn't appealing because you don't know how clean other people are, though they do provide useful items. There's no elevator, so be ready to climb stairs. I usually don't like Airbnb, but gave this a try. The communication was consistent, just too much back and forth, and I wish it had been easier. There's also a separate $50 cleaning fee, and I'm not sure why guests are charged for cleaning when keeping the place clean should be the owner's responsibility. I rated it four out of five.

The Game of Thrones theme is amusing, and the rooms are modern and clean. The price was inexpensive for the area, and everything went smoothly. Parking is a nightmare.

I booked because the price looked cheap, but extra charges at check-in meant it wasn't actually that cheap. Read the details carefully or you may regret booking. At that price, I'd go somewhere else. It's an unmanned setup, so replies are slow and resolving issues can take time. They try to be friendly, but guests have to handle a lot themselves. It feels more like a guesthouse than a dormitory, and there's no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. Some towels are in poor condition. If you're sensitive about that, I'd skip this place, since immediate solutions aren't available with an unmanned system.
