Best Western Plus Sebastian Hotel & Suites

Erin, the front desk manager, was great about moving me to an upgraded room after noise in the one I was first assigned. The breakfast was very good, and the woman running it was attentive and really friendly. The motel is close to the fun places in Sebastian. My only issue was noisy guests overhead. That's on them, not the motel, but next time I'll book a third-floor room.

The breakfast was hot and had the usual choices, including sausage patties, individual flat eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and juice. The young woman working there was the best part: she checked on each table and kept everything immaculate. Checkout was easy, though the late checkout I had asked about when booking wasn't honored. That would have helped while traveling with my 82-year-old Mom. We were only in town for one night for my Aunt's birthday. I know the area because my parents used to live nearby, and I love Sebastian. They let us check in at 2:15, as I'd requested, which was appreciated after the drive from Bradenton with Mom. Our first-floor two Queen Bed Suite was spacious, very clean, and had no odd smells, which I wondered about since the hotel allows pets. It felt cozy and welcoming, even if smaller than most hotels I've stayed at. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, though I didn't use them because the lobby coffee was delicious. The sitting area was nice, with a TV there as well as in the bedroom. I had trouble connecting my streaming services, but there were enough channels. I'd probably stay again when visiting local friends and family.

Melissa at the front desk was especially kind, personable, and helpful. The woman in the breakfast room was just as friendly and useful. They helped make our stay a great experience, and we'll be back next year.

Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the visible cleaning and maintenance crews to the breakfast attendant. The woman setting up and serving the complimentary breakfast went above and beyond to make it easy and comfortable for guests. Manager Erin was very helpful too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we'll definitely return. I'd recommend the hotel to others.
