Davis house inn is a cute local place in a fantastic spot, with several lunch and dinner options within walking distance. It was nice and roomy, with a separate bedroom and living room. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, small microwave, and coffee maker. WiFi was available, but our password didn't work, which was okay. The TVs are small, though we weren't there to watch TV. The older decor and furniture were satisfactory, and the towels did the job, even if they weren't luxurious.

A great value in a relaxing location. Davis House Inn is pet friendly, and the rooms are furnished, clean, and comfortable. I stayed there while waiting for my home closing, and it was a perfect stress reducer. It's right in the heart of the Sabastian river walk, with Indian River views, sidewalks for strolling, and plenty of sea birds and wildlife to spot. I highly recommend it.

The private beach and dock, including a kayak dock, are right in front of Davis House, a detail we hadn't realized when we booked. We had been weighing it against another nearby hotel and thought the kayak would mean a one-mile walk. Finding the landing beach so close was amazing. I wish we'd known beforehand, because I would've booked here without hesitation. We were waiting out weather on a kayak-sailing trip, and the large room was great. The stay was quiet and comfortable, and the owner clearly puts thought into the little room amenities. The cleaning staff were cheerful and friendly, which made the place feel well run. When bad weather caused a Wi-Fi problem, Kyle brought a cellular router for our room so we could get around it. Couldn't be happier, 10 out of 10. I uploaded a photo showing how close the hotel is to the beach.

Davis House is a lovely quiet place to relax, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was 10/10 for cleanliness, decor, and amenities. The owner was pleasant and very accommodating, and the little inn is less than a block from the water.
