Tatiana and Carolyn made my stay feel personal. They noticed the small things, asked what would make the visit better, and pointed out amenities I might otherwise have missed. Their help felt natural, not forced, and I knew they wanted to make sure I had what I needed. They were warm and professional throughout, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate them. Be sure to recognize staff who are moving the brand forward!

The hardest part was moving rooms late at night and having to carry and pack everything by myself while traveling with two kids, one of them a baby. The hotel was full, so after I called the front desk about the noise, they switched us to a smaller room facing the street. Trucks and traffic kept going through the night. It was a little better than before, but still not restful. Our first room connected to another room, and the people next door were very loud late at night. They blasted the TV, then kept having long, loud phone calls even after turning it down. I don’t go to sleep early, and my baby sleeps through almost anything, but my pre-teen couldn’t fall asleep. I know noisy neighbors can happen, but the sound insulation here is really disappointing. It was a stressful, uncomfortable stay.

The front desk staff were nice, and the hotel is close to places to eat. The bathroom is part of the room, though, so someone can see you if they open the door or walk past. Aside from that privacy issue, we loved our family vacation stay in New York.

I’ve kept booking this property for myself and for annual room blocks for LGBTQ+ groups and tours because it used to feel reliable, professional, and inclusive. Lately, though, the sales department, the hotel’s appearance, and the consistency of care from the front-end team have all declined since earlier staff left. Booking with Tinisha and Adaline in sales used to be easy and dependable. They replied promptly, were professional, and went out of their way to help. Asher, the former manager, was present on property and provided a level of service that made booking and the stay smooth and memorable. Recent experiences haven’t consistently met the standard that team set. Trust, consistency, and inclusion matter when I’m choosing somewhere for repeat bookings and groups. I value the relationship I’ve built here, and hope these concerns are reviewed so I can keep booking with confidence and recommending the property to clients. I’m sharing this openly in the hope of improvement, and would welcome a conversation about the steps being taken to uphold service standards.
