The team was courteous, responsive, and proactive whenever I needed help, and you can tell management cares about the guest experience. Special thanks to Emilia Navarro, the General Manager, who clearly sets the tone. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and suited to an extended stay. The location makes it easy to reach NYC and major highways, with everyday essentials nearby. For a business trip or a longer visit around Secaucus / Meadowlands, this place offers comfort, reliability, and great service. I’d absolutely return and recommend it.

The view gave me moments of peace I’ll always be grateful for. Every day I looked out and saw beautiful white birds. My father recently passed away, and to me they felt like his way of reminding me he’s still watching over me. The stay brought comfort and moments of healing. Luz, Marisol, and Emilia were bar none: warm, professional, attentive, and full of positive energy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, seen, and truly cared for. Every interaction felt kind and thoughtful. There’s a calm, elegant atmosphere here, with a special balance of luxury and soul. It feels more like a sanctuary than just a hotel, and the team’s pride shows in the details. This is the most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in. I’d recommend it without hesitation and will absolutely be back.

I’ve been staying here several times a year for over 25 years, sometimes for weeks or even months. Marisol at the front desk, who also handles plenty of other things, is awesome and extremely helpful. I have ZERO complaints. The place is spotless and well located for getting to Manhattan. Bus service is excellent, and Monday through Friday it drops you right in front of the hotel.
