We stayed in a studio queen and a one-bedroom suite, and both had kitchens and a living area with a couch. The suite also had a washer and dryer. They felt like small air b&b’s and were exceptionally clean. The property was well kept, with several pools and large outdoor grills. It's right in front of Cultural Park, within walking distance of breathtaking red-rock views and trails, and less than 10 minutes from downtown. I'll come back next time I'm in Sedona. A few things could be better: the hot water faucet at the bathroom sink leaked a lot when used, one kitchen cabinet had some mold, and the beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The women at check-in were extremely aggressive about trying to sell us a timeshare. Still, I highly recommend staying here.

My fiancé and I came from Canada and had a phenomenal stay at the Hilton Vacation Summit in Sedona. We got engaged during the trip, and the staff gave us an upgrade, a goodie bag, and a bottle of wine. Everyone was so kind, and our room was breathtaking. We loved the pools and hot tubs too. If we're back in Sedona, we'll definitely stay there again. 10/10, thanks for making the trip so special!

We were in building #4 and had a fabulous view. After dinner, we caught the sunset from one of the spas and relaxed there. The property has multiple pools and spas. But there was a serious leak in our kitchen that left the whole floor wet. There's also no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the second floor took several trips up and down the stairs.

We booked through AAA for a five-night hiking reset with my spouse in February. The mountain views from this West Sedona resort were beautiful, and there were plenty of heated pools and hot tubs. They didn't have formal activities, but there were things to do like ping pong, games, DVDs, and a fitness center. Charging stations and free parking were available. It was my first stay at a Hilton Grand Vacation property, and I enjoyed it overall. Our TV didn't work during the Olympics, which was a little disappointing. I also felt the Sedona vortex and appreciated the staff.

John was terrific during the late-night hours. He handled everything with care, professionalism, and real attentiveness. You expect good service in Sedona, but he went well beyond that. Someone so dedicated on the night shift is a real asset to the team, and management should know what a gem they have.
