Comfort Inn & Suites Seguin

The check-in went well, and the staff member was good. We only stayed one night, slept, and got back on the road early. But the room was the priciest of three hotels we stayed at in a row and nowhere near worth that price. It's clearly an old building that hasn't been maintained: cracked sink, cracked toilet lid, missing tile, a hole in the bathroom door, and a musty smell when the air was running.

We thought it looked nice from the pictures, but the place was awful and dirty. Someone tried to get into our room. If we hadn't put on the top lock, they would've gotten in. If you can spend a little more on somewhere better, do yourself and your family a favor.

There was mold in the shower and on the ceilings in both the bathroom and the room, and the refrigerator didn't work. The rooms weren't good, and I wouldn't stay at this particular hotel or location again.

The pool water was green, and breakfast was disappointing, with fake eggs and bacon. The room itself needed a deep clean and had a strong mold and mildew smell. There'd clearly been a major leak in the bathroom ceiling, and the repair was only partial. The door was hard to close, and the sheer curtains were ripped and shabby. Four star prices for a one star facility.
