We didn’t use the pool, but the location was hard to beat, with restaurants, a gas station, and urgent care close by. The check-in and check-out emails made everything easy, and the front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, roomy, and nicely remodeled. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, though we loved the excellent shower and how cool the room stayed. It was a good-priced place for our little getaway to Seguin.

The toilet ran all night, and the refrigerator spoiled our food. There was a roach in the room and the rug smelled musty. Breakfast was complimentary, but the waffle mix was watered down and the juice came from a machine. My husband didn’t know better than to book this mess, and they came up with a ridiculous price of $152 for the night.

Just off Interstate 10 on our way to Houston, this hotel was clean and easy to check in and out of. Breakfast was nicely set out, the food tasted good, and we left full. The price was fair for what we got. I’d recommend staying here.

The room seemed fine at first, and we checked out without making a complaint because I didn’t connect what happened to bedbugs. My sister first had a bite on her neck after the first night, then after the second night there were more bites on her ankles and wrist. Back home, the itching and pain got worse, and we went to the hospital the next day. They told us the bites were from bedbugs. On arrival, the room had a faint stale smell, and the TV wouldn’t work until we realized it was completely unplugged, after trying two remotes. I hope management will compensate us for the pain, discomfort, and trouble, and clean the property so nobody else has to deal with this.

The rooms were nice and cold, the rates were good, and breakfast was okay. The waffles were great. A couple of guys were playing music very loudly during breakfast, but I told the woman at check-in and she dealt with it quickly and professionally.
