Check-in was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and wonderful. The hotel feels a little worn and long in the tooth, even though they've tried to dress it up.

The pillows were flat and tucked in, and folding them in half doesn't fix the problem. Please get new ones. The room was clean, with good water pressure and a decent mattress. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was standard, with hot options and a waffle maker.

This was a one-night stop while I was traveling across the country, and the rest of the stay was fine. Richard's service was phenomenal. He truly cares about people, and you can feel it. Thank you, Richard, for being such a beautiful person inside and out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was hot and plentiful. Our updated, clean room had comfortable beds and a range of pillows so we could find a combination we liked. The shower had great water pressure. There are several good restaurants an easy walk away, and StB and Dutch Bros share the parking lot. A note to the owner: we appreciate that you let the cleaning staff sit quietly while their moms worked. The kids were well behaved and respectful, and that gives a hardworking parent the chance to keep working without paying for childcare. Your care for your staff shows in how they care for guests and the business.
