The front desk was friendly and accommodating, and I found the motel clean, comfortable, and free of bugs. I was unsure about booking because of the older reviews, but they said management had changed about a year ago. There wasn't coffee in the room, though reception had different kinds of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I'd recommend it.

The room had no privacy because the windows weren't covered properly, and light from outside kept it bright all night. The door lock was broken, and next to the sink there were little blood splatters on the wall. Something had splattered on the mirror too. The shower was filthy, with lots of dirt and even a slug in it. I refused to shower there. It seemed like they'd changed the sheets and called that clean. The one good thing was that I saw no bed bugs. Don't go here if cleanliness matters to you. Zero stars, I don't recommend it.

I couldn't sleep at all with drunk people partying and yelling through the night. The room was dirty, the beds were hard as rocks, and the price was insane for what we got. The door lock was broken, and the blinds didn't close all the way. With no curtains, I had to stick a pillow in the window for some privacy. Loose dogs were roaming around, so I couldn't even walk my little service dog. There were no amenities whatsoever. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'll NEVER stay again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their rest and sanity!

The bathroom was gross, with hair on the floor and a tag from someone's clothing. I saw three cockroaches. The window blind had no pole and was open when we arrived, so I had to reach up and twist it shut with my fingertips. The pillow seemed clean, and I found no sign of bed bugs, even though I checked. The top sheet was clean, but underneath the bed looked like it wasn't cleaned regularly, and there were visible stains. I was tired, so we slept there and left as soon as we could. I took bathroom pictures because it grossed me out, but forgot to photograph the bed and the rest of the room. Calling to book was a problem too. The overseas answering and booking service kept trying to sell us an extra night after we said we had no intention of staying in the same location, then called again the next day to sell us another stay at their hotels.
