Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seymour by IHG

We needed a hotel on short notice, and they were excellent. The staff were very kind, the rooms and facilities were clean, and the breakfast bar was great. Easy to book, too. 10/10 recommend.

We used to love this hotel, but we’ll never return. The hot tub has been broken for years, and the front desk service wasn’t very helpful. It’s a nice hotel, but at $550 plus tax for one night, no thanks. The rooms are nice, but for that price you’re better off elsewhere.

Our first room had water on the floor, so we had to move. The replacement room was fine, but we were told it was at one end, then had to take our luggage all the way to the other end. I’d explained that two people with us needed assistance.

I’ve been here three weeks on a work trip and have caught myself calling it home more than once. Tori at the front desk was incredibly helpful from the start. Breakfast is complimentary and delicious, housekeeping does an immaculate job, and the walls are thick enough that you can’t hear the neighbors. The washer and dryer on the second floor are well maintained. I’m very happy with the stay all around. Thank you!
