For $50 a night, I got a safe place to sleep while driving across the United States, and a good five hours of rest. It has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. The woman let me check in at 5 AM even though I'd told her I'd arrive at 8 PM, and that was wonderful. It's definitely older and a motel, but there were no druggies hanging around. It was better than the Holiday Inn express in Victorville, California and the quality Inn. Albuquerque, where both cost over $100 and had druggies all over the place.

We stayed one night 5-16-26 with a small dog and a cat. The room was spacious and clean, and it was quiet and safe. Still, even though we were told it was non-smoking, there was a musty, smoky smell, and our clothes smelled like smoke the next day. Having coffee in the room was a plus.

A convenient location, a very pleasant check-in, and a clean, well-kept room. It's a solid basic RT66 motel. We had breakfast at the U-Drop Inn that morning.

After 14 hours on the road, arriving late at night and finding extra fees was beyond frustrating. I booked online, entered my card for the total, and expected an additional $8 for my service dog, even though service dogs are supposed to stay free. At check-in they added another $15 in fees on top of that $8. I wound up paying $20 more than the online booking price. With all those fees, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with breakfast for less. Don't stay here with pets. This place will rip you off.

A good cheap place to get a night's sleep while traveling Route 66. It smells old and is a little outdated, but there were no bedbugs and it worked great for one night.
