Drury Inn Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

I turned right around and checked out. There was dog shit all over the stairs, and inside, the bedding was dirty, with pubic hair in the bathtub and bed. Spills, dirt and crud covered the surfaces, and there were holes in the walls. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This was a nightmare. I better receive that refund in 3 to 5 business days.

The room smelled like cigarettes and had stains, holes and bugs all over. When we lifted the mattress, we could feel the springs, and it had holes eaten through by rats. Outside the room, there were animal feces everywhere, with drug users and pets all over the place. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. I honestly don't understand how corporate lets this place stay open. Stay away.

The room had bathroom mold, water damage buckling the floor laminate, and a TV that didn't work. The exterior was filthy too, with cigarette butts and "personal" refuse along the walkways. The staff were very nice but couldn't fix anything. I did get a refund even though the room was nonrefundable, and I really appreciate that. I understand the management is relatively new, so I wish them luck.

The room was small, and the bed was both dirty and extremely uncomfortable. There was hair left on it from the previous guest and their dog, and I could hear and feel the old springs whenever I sat down. No microwave, either.
