The room had mold, and there was a steady beeping at night that kept me from sleeping. It also reeked of cigarette smoke, and the sheets had cigarette holes, despite the hotel claiming to be 100% smoke free. Their website shows another mold complaint from January of 2026.

We finally got into the room after sitting in the parking lot for over an hour. The hotel was not busy, and our repeated requests for early check-in were denied, even though it’s advertised as a rewards member perk. Inside, there was a questionable blood spot on the bathroom wall and a dirty sock on the floor. Only one elevator worked, there was no cable or TV service, and the fitness room equipment was broken. The website advertises an indoor pool, but it had been drained and the door was bolted shut. Breakfast was cold, too. My family had a rough time here, and even with my standards being pretty low, this was one of our worst stays in a while. I wouldn’t recommend it, even for one night.

The whole hotel felt gross, and nobody seems to be inspecting it. I managed a hotel in the Columbus area, so I know how branding is supposed to work, and I’m not sure how they still have theirs. In our room, the shower had dirty soap covered in hair, and there were cigarette burns on the vanity even though the hotel is non-smoking. The tub looked bad enough that I didn’t want to take a bath, and there wasn’t a plug for it anyway. Don’t stay here. There are other hotels nearby, and any of them would have been better.

Check the bedding carefully, because ours was dirty and had crumb stains. The pillowcases and sheets were soiled when we checked in, and the pillows themselves reeked of urine and had urine stains. I asked the housekeeper to change the bedding and bring another pillow, but he said it wasn’t his problem. I also called the front desk for housekeeping on two different occasions and was asked if I could wait until tomorrow.
