Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

I stayed for three nights. The first night was good, just what I expected. The next morning I went to work while housekeeping cleaned the room. When I came back, several clothing items were gone. They were expensive things, including Nike and Adidas. Management was very rude, did nothing, and told me to chalk it up as a loss. I don't recommend staying here with anything valuable, because the housekeepers are thieves.

We've stayed here more times than I can count, and it's easily the best hotel within my price range. The staff are always accommodating, especially when I need to reorganize how long I'll stay. Service is impeccable, and the rooms are clean and tidy when we arrive. There are restaurants, movie theaters, bars, parks, and more extremely close by, and almost anywhere in the city is only 15-20 minutes away. If you want an affordable option with good service, clean public and private areas, and a cozy feel, I can't recommend this place enough.

I booked a reservation but couldn't make it because of a family emergency, and I let the hotel know. They tried to charge a $100 no-show fee that I hadn't been told about. Then my Choice account was locked for a month and a half, so I called to resolve it and offered to pay the $100 to get the account back. The general manager was unreachable the whole time. Over two months, I called eight times and Choice Hotels four times. Choice kept saying it was out of their hands, while hotel staff said the manager had a family emergency to tend to. For two months? I left my contact details and got her direct line, but never heard from her. Yet they had my account closed. I'd been with Choice for 6 years and was a DIAMOND MEMBER. It's unacceptable, and as a paying customer it feels completely unfair. I filed a complaint with the BBB against both the hotel chain and the individual hotel. They should all be held accountable. I'm very unsatisfied and will never sign up for Choice Rewards again. I wouldn't book this hotel.

The area was convenient, and the hotel was quiet with clean rooms. We had an A/C problem the first night, but once I told the staff the next morning, they dealt with it quickly and checked back to make sure it was working. Everyone was great with customer service. I'd give the place 10 stars if I could, and I'd stay again.
