The room wasn't great, but it had heat, which was what we needed after our power went out overnight on a negative 12 day. We needed somewhere to go, and the front desk woman was nice, helpful and professional. Check-in started at 4, and we only stayed about 7 hours before leaving the same day.

The setup was nice, and I wanted to like this place, but the shower curtain was torn and the kitchen and bathroom floors were uneven. The website says breakfast includes things like eggs. The front desk lady said I was looking at the Blue Ash site, though the East location's site says it too.

I wasn't sure about booking after reading a few reviews, but I'm glad I gave it a try. The rooms were clean, matched the pictures, and had no bad smells or surprises. I'd recommend it and definitely stay again.

I got in super late, around 4am, and my card kept giving me trouble, maybe because I was out of state. The desk clerk was really helpful while we tried five cards multiple times. The room was clean, and I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apartment with a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, dressers and a closet. Thanks for all the help.

The rooms, lobby and exterior were all very nice and attractive, but the hallway smell was hard to get past. You can't avoid it, and it puts a low class motel feeling over the otherwise good parts of the stay. I wouldn't come back for that reason. Pulling up the carpets and replacing them with an easy to clean hard surface would make a huge difference.
