We had a great family vacation at the lake. The place was clean and nice, and the dock was good, though the outlets needed some work before they would work. The HVAC and dishwasher were out, and the beds weren't comfortable. We were lucky the temperature stayed below the mid 80's all week, or it would've been miserable.
The place looked even better than the pictures, and it was beautiful. I’m hard to please about cleanliness, but this place was very clean. The views from every bedroom were great, and waking up to the quiet was so nice. We brought our boat and had no trouble using the dock. The lake level dropped a little on our second day, and the rope holding the dock steps broke, but they came right out to fix it. Staff checked on us the very first day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Qwest will definitely be back next year. I highly recommend it.
The house itself is great, but it isn't managed very well. It wasn't stocked properly for a rental, and there were no garbage bags. We were told the upstairs AC worked, but it still didn't work.
