Watershed Hotel

Our little 10lb “Nugget” was happy here, and I felt safe taking her out at 3:30 AM. The place is very clean and dog friendly, and still looks new since it was recently built. Everyone I met on staff was helpful and friendly. I liked being near the river; even though our room faced the other way, I didn’t hear outside or road noise. Breakfast was complimentary and nice to have. I highly recommend the Watershed if you’re staying in Sheboygan with your dog.

The staff really made the stay for us. Both people we met at reception were welcoming, knew the area, and greeted us warmly whenever we came and went. Their lunch and dinner suggestions turned out to be fantastic. They made us feel like family and VIPs at once, and it’s clear the hotel does a great job choosing and training its guest services team. This was my first time in Sheboygan, and I’m glad we booked the Watershed Hotel directly by phone. The person who helped with the reservation was very accommodating. The reception area felt bright and pleasant, with lots of windows and a built-in gas fireplace. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows overlooking the river. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast: cereal, yogurt, packaged pastries and fruit, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, plus breads and bagels to toast. I’d recommend the hotel to friends and family, and would stay again next time I’m in the area.

We saw our first robin of spring through the window while having breakfast by the fireplace, and the river view was lovely. Check-in was the friendliest and easiest we’ve had in years. The room was clean and we liked the walk-in shower. The bed and pillows felt a little hard to me, though that’s common in hotels.

The room looked out over the river through large windows, and had plenty of space, with a king bed and sofa. It was a modern, very clean hotel, and the bathroom was clean too, with a walk-in shower. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant to talk with.
