The staff seemed very nice, but the rooms were in terrible shape. In room 118 at the back, there was a rotten food, mold, and smoke smell despite the no-smoking label, and the outlets didn't work. We asked to move right away. Room 119 at the front had dirty sheets and chairs, holes in the bathroom door and floor, a door that wouldn't latch, a dirty toilet that needed the handle held down to flush, mold on the ceiling, and a shower that didn't work. We noticed all of that within minutes. Then a centipede crawled across the bed, which was the last straw. We left for the Fairfield around the corner, and they were very accommodating.

My room is clean, and I haven't seen any roaches. I don't know why some people say they're here. Seems to me like a lot of them are just trying to get something for nothing.

The housekeeper is so kind, and the rest of the staff have been amazing too. When our microwave had a problem, they fixed it right away. For people who don't have a lot, a hotel can feel like a real luxury, and we're thankful to be staying here.

My TV doesn't work, and the room is really nasty. Roaches were crawling all over the walls. I wouldn't recommend staying here, you might catch something.

The breakfast choices were limited, but the fresh waffle was exceptional. Water pressure and hot water were both just right, and the front desk staff were great and very accommodating. Management was flexible with my reservation. I called the hotel directly and got a room for much less than the Wyndham call center was willing to charge. I'd definitely stay again.
