Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby

We were at Hampton Inn for five days over the Thanksgiving holiday. Miss Linda was delightful and kept the breakfast area stocked and clean, and the breakfast itself was very well done. Kassie at the front desk was a big help when we checked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great experience.

I needed a room at the last minute late at night, and Destiny at the front desk was amazing. She was lively and helpful, made me feel like her number one guest, and chatted with the other patrons as if she'd known them forever. I really appreciated her. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower head was the most fantastic one I've ever seen in a hotel. The pressure was great, and it was easy to change the settings, even for someone short. Breakfast was good, with waffles imprinted with the Hamptons logo. The serving area looked freshly set out and was absolutely immaculate even hours later. For anyone in a hurry, they had paper bags with breakfast items to grab and go. There were dog treats at the front desk and an area to do laundry too. If I'm back in the area, I'd stay here every time. Management is doing something right.

Kassie at the front desk was the highlight of my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby. She greeted me warmly, stayed friendly and professional, and went out of her way to help with whatever I needed. She really made me feel welcome and looked after. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well run. I had an incredible visit, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The room is beautiful, and I loved seeing “Welcome Ronald” on the TV. There are plenty of food options nearby, plus the mall. Kassy/Kassandra made check-in easy and was so helpful. Customer service was fantastic. Thanks again, Kassy/Kassandra!
