We had a long travel day and needed to shower and change before the trade show started at 5:30. We got there around 4:15, but Little Creek Casino was booked full. The sign on the door said they’d be back at 5:30, and the lady showed up at 5:45. No apology, just attitude. There was noise outside our rooms on the restaurant side until about 10:30, and the TV kept losing signal. If you’re in the area, stay at Little Creek Casino.

For an older motel, this place seems to care about keeping things up. My room was clean and looked new, and the 55 inch TV was a nice surprise. Staff were great and helpful. I also liked being told that housekeeping only comes in during stays longer than one night if you want it. I’ll stay here again.

The front desk staff I met were really friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. The room had a fresh coat of paint and new appliances, so it looks like they’ve been renovating recently, maybe under new management. I was skeptical after reading older reviews, but this small inn seems to be moving in the right direction with clean, well-kept rooms. Just set expectations accordingly, since it has very limited resources and isn’t a high-end hotel. The one thing I’d suggest is replacing the linens. They looked dated, though they were clean. I stayed one night before heading to Ridge for a motorcycle track day. If you’re towing a trailer, ask the staff about parking before booking, since it can be tricky.

A quaint motel, and I’d come back. The room and bathroom had been updated, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the shower actually had hot water. I also loved the record player in the room, such a nice touch.
