We found beetles all over the room, on the pillow, walls, and elsewhere. It seemed like an infestation. They moved us to another room, but it was late and disrupted the stay. At checkout the next day, we asked if anything could be done and were told they could probably only give us points. We don’t usually stay in hotels or use the Marriot system, so we were hoping for at least some money off for the inconvenience. I don’t recommend staying here, given the bugs and customer service.

For the price, this hotel really stands out. The staff were great, and my room was clean and well appointed. You can walk to the freeway or shopping centers, too. A fantastic hidden gem if you’re staying nearby.

The room was huge, with a large bed, bathroom, working table, and sofa. The mattress was comfortable and everything was pristine. The lobby was nice, and the Halloween decorations at the Front Desk were a lovely touch. Staff were friendly, and parking was free. A 5-Star Saturday Night Stay. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

The hotel itself is decent, but don’t hold an event here. Communication was fine up until after my event, when I raised some issues. The management people I spoke with were rude and unprofessional, with absolutely no customer service skills.

I love staying here whenever I travel to Shenandoah/Houston. The staff are always friendly and helpful, parking is free, and the rooms are clean and quiet.
