Holly made check in really smooth and was such a gracious hostess. We also found out the pool stayed open until 11 instead of 10, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and cozy.

We came in worn out after a messy road trip, just hoping to get a room. Tina was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was updated, nice and hot, with great water pressure. Thankful for IHG. Please recognize Tina for the great service and a job well done.

The breakfast was delicious, and Gloria there was so welcoming and sweet, a real ray of sunshine. Every staff member we met was friendly, too. We only stayed a short time, but the room was clean and comfortable and the bed was incredible. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Breakfast was good, with pancakes and omelettes, and the check in was quick and easy. The front desk agent was very friendly. We booked two rooms because we’re a big family, but room 107 was awful. As soon as we opened the door, it smelled like mold. We complained, but they said they were sold out and couldn’t move us. The smell made it hard to sleep, and all the bedding felt damp. Our other room was lovely, clean, comfortable, smelled like a normal hotel room, and had dry bedding. The first floor ice machine was broken.

I stay at Holiday Inn whenever I can, and this was easily the nicest, cleanest, best kept facility I’ve stayed at. It’s right off the interstate and convenient to everything I needed. Everyone was great, from check in through check out, including the wonderful lady at breakfast.
