The staff were kind and professional the whole time, and I really enjoyed my stay. The bright, open hotel has beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, and I especially liked the outdoor fireplace area. The gym was excellent, the on-site washer and dryer were convenient, and the linens and towels were good quality. I’ll absolutely be back. I did report a couple of small maintenance issues: the AC coils in my room needed cleaning, and the pool could use a refresh. They seem easily fixable and didn’t take away from the experience. I’m looking forward to returning.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but I won’t be back. I booked a room so my niece, great-niece, and I could have a quiet day together in Sherman, which was a central location for us since none of us live there. We chose it for the indoor heated pool, but the water was so cold that nobody could use it. I’ve stayed at many Marriott hotels and always had continental breakfast. Here, milk, cereal, and a cup of coffee cost $14. You can buy a breakfast bag, but they couldn’t say how much it would cost because it depends on the day. We also couldn’t sit in the lobby for breakfast because there was a very loud church service in a conference room at 8am.

The room and facility were nice and clean, and the hotel is close to the highway and restaurants. Check out the Eggsquisite cafe down the road. We’d definitely stay again. Even though we arrived close to midnight, the young woman on duty greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome while she was busy taking care of things.

Friendly, welcoming staff made every interaction pleasant, and you can tell they care about providing good service. The Courtyard Marriott in Sherman was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained from the moment we walked in. Our spacious room felt fresh, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a great choice for business or leisure. We’ll absolutely stay again next time we’re in Sherman. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 5 AM after driving all night because of a family emergency, with no reservation, and they found me a room for 30 hours for only $149. The day and night staff were both awesome, and everything was so clean. I was also surprised to find a Bible in the room in a new hotel in 2025. I’m thankful for my stay, and it was the first time in years I’d picked up a Bible. It gave me a great reset before driving back home.
