I love staying here. I’m a Diamond member, had been here for two nights, and decided to book a third. Check-in had a few issues because of the renovations, but the staff and the stay more than made up for them. Everyone is thoughtful about what guests need and goes out of their way to make them comfortable. Despite the renovation hiccups, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Crystal, the housekeeping supervisor, is amazing. She's prompt, kind, and always ready to help however she can. The hotel is close to all kinds of stores, including grocery and liquor stores, CVS, and Walgreens. I love this place. It's so clean and well kept, and I highly recommend it!

I left and found another place, but the manager wouldn't refund my reservation for any of the four days. Fortunately, I booked through a third party and they stepped in to get my money back. I'd recommend doing that, or paying by credit card so you can dispute the charge if needed. The rooms I saw were dark and dirty, with stains, peeling wallpaper, and nasty showers with what looked like public hair. My first room didn't have a table, lamp, or refrigerator. I asked to switch, but the second and third rooms were missing furniture too. They said it was due to renovations. I might have been more understanding if they'd agreed to refund me. You've been warned!
