Cajun Inn

My fiance, cousin, and I had only been there for less than ten minutes, and I hadn't even made it to the door yet when the woman working the window yelled and cussed at them, saying we could sit there. She kept screaming and cursing as she walked to the sales window. There was more, but I don't want to get into all the details. It was terrible, and I felt uncomfortable. I haven't even had a chance to get a room. That's ridiculous.

The woman at the window was rude and refused a refund, saying they'd just sprayed. I slept in my car instead. Pest control may need to be done, but they shouldn't rent rooms while there are still live pests. It's super unsanitary. I called to complain afterward and nobody ever got back to me. I was first assigned room 120, which had a very strong, unpleasant smell. When I inspected it, I saw a roach on the wall beside the bed. I asked for another room, 111, but found four roaches there.

We paid 370.00 for a week, but they threw me out on the second night because I got my son's medication from the car. It feels like a scam, like they cheat you out of your money. Be very careful.

This isn't the first time we've run into the overnight front desk woman's attitude. She's rude and negative, and seems to make sure certain customers can get rooms while others are treated unfairly. The rules, guidelines, and prices seem to change based on her mood and who she decides to treat fairly. It's the worst customer service I've ever observed.
