The shower in Room 204 barely worked, and the sink faucet was broken. Worse, I spotted bedbugs almost as soon as I got into bed. The front desk manager didn't seem bothered by that, though they did move me to another room. I couldn't find a different hotel that night, but this place felt on par with a Motel 6 and shouldn't be called a three-star hotel.

We came for a basketball tournament, and the lobby gave our group a nice place to meet up. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good too.

Our Airstream repair kept getting delayed, so we ended up needing extra nights after checking out. The weather turned awful the next day, and once again we had to ask about staying longer. The front desk arranged for us to come back that morning, and made the whole thing easy. They treated us like valued customers. Thanks to Brianna, Richard and Mack for making it happen!

The front desk people were really helpful and great. The hotel itself feels dated and kind of grungy, though, and I woke up with bites after my second night. I think they might be bedbug bites. I hope the hotel does something about it. I'd avoid this place.

The beds were very comfortable, as Hampton Inn's usually are, and the staff were great. But the rooms need upkeep and an update. My TV stayed on for about 15 seconds before switching itself off. I wouldn't stay here again.
