We had the woods to ourselves today, and the walk was wonderfully peaceful. It’s a beautiful private property, with a gorgeous lily pond and a viewing platform. Tables and benches are spread around, there’s a camping area, and dogs are welcome. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us maps for the walk.

The map at the trail entrance made the well-marked, well-kept walking paths easy to follow. The whole area is beautiful, and both the pond and creek are lovely. The tent sites are within easy walking distance, and the path is wide enough for a car. The solar lights are a nice touch and spaced well.
