The room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable new bed and a kitchenette stocked with utensils. Everything worked, and the woman in charge was so friendly. Whenever anything came up, she fixed it quickly. There are grills with propane and cooking tools, plus a rec room with tables, TVs, an ice machine, and food and drink vending machines. The pool being under maintenance was a letdown, but I liked the comfortable apartment-style room and the good price. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

What made my stay at Regency Inn and Suites stand out was the managers. The man and his wife were humble, warm, and caring, and welcomed my cousin and me as if we were in their own home. I've stayed at several places around Sierra Vista, and none gave me the experience I had here. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the kitchenette had utensils, glassware, and cookware. Thanks to Regency Inn and Suites for a wonderful stay.

The room itself was pretty good, with a full kitchen and new appliances. It was fairly clean for an older place, and the outside has had a few updates. The neighborhood is more run-down, which naturally affects the experience. The staff have been pleasant to deal with so far.

We got a one-bedroom, and the changes, upgrades, and remodeling look really nice. Lance, the new manager, has been very helpful, friendly, and professional. The owner has a winner with him. We'll tell everyone we can about this NEW American Regency. Five stars for sure!

The new manager is doing a lot more than the previous one did. She ran the place into the ground and was fired for embezzlement. Since the new guy took over, though, it's finally starting to feel like a really nice place to stay.
