Casa Antigua Condos-Sierra Vistas Finest

I loved my furnished condo at Casa Antigua, where I stayed for four months. The complex is beautifully maintained and well managed. Betty, the manager, is efficient and very professional, and Juan, the maintenance man, is wonderful. Whenever I had a minor issue, it was handled the same day with care and respect. I highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed. 10+.

Betty has looked after us since we first started searching for a place, and she continues to be an amazing property manager. She's often in the office when I stop by or get my mail, and when she isn't there, she's usually handling another resident's concerns. She does an excellent job with this big responsibility. Casa Antigua is clean, with no trash around, and the pool is properly maintained. The office has a homey feel, and my family and I have never had a problem. Juan handles the repairs himself across the property, and he's been excellent with my work orders, taking care of them in 24-72 hours. He does quick, professional work and has a great personality. I definitely recommend him for repairs and recommend living here.

The apartments are clean and safe, and Betty makes living here worth every penny. She has resolved every issue I've had within a day, and Juan is the best repairman. The professionalism is the best in Sierra Vista. I highly recommend these apartments. Thank you.

Since the property manager changed, the place has gone downhill. When things broke, we were told they'd simply be removed rather than replaced, including the ice maker and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Carpet tack strips kept stabbing my feet, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. That's not how you run a luxury apartment. First West Property has been great, though. When I called them, they got right on the problems.
