For anyone wondering, Joe Schmoe is an alias I use for my email, but I’m a real customer writing about an actual stay. I had a booking and payment problem with my Priceline reservation, and Stephanie and iris stayed with me through the long, complicated process until I was reimbursed and satisfied with the outcome. They focused on sorting it out from the moment I entered the lobby. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were both understanding and helpful. Stephanie and Iris are dedicated, tireless problem solvers and valuable employees. They set a great example for people across the hotel industry. Thanks to both of you for making the whole situation painless and pleasant. I’ll definitely stay at Studio 6 exclusively on future visits to Sierra Vista.

The rooms are spacious and fabulous, and being able to make my own coffee made it easy to relax and recover in comfort. I was so happy with the property that I extended my stay by a few days. Nelitza and Stephanie greeted me with warm smiles and friendly hellos, and their customer service was top notch throughout my stay. Thanks to them and all the staff for such a welcoming first night. Here’s to four more! UPDATE: I had an issue this morning, and manager Iris had it resolved perfectly within minutes. She’s the kindest, most compassionate and professional hotel manager I’ve met, and I travel a lot. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here.

It’s a really comfortable home away from home, and I’ll definitely be back. Stephanie at the front desk was friendly, had a great personality, and took care of everything. The hotel is amazing for a Studio 6. Isabella and Mari did a great job cleaning, too.

This place has improved a lot since my last stay, and it’s so clean and amazing. Stephanie and Iris at the front desk walked me through everything and helped throughout my stay. They gave great service. I’d give the place more than five stars!

I stayed at Studio 6 for business, and it was quiet, safe, and relaxing, so I could focus on work and get proper rest after long days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Stephanie at the front desk was especially kind and attentive from the start, and Iris, the General Manager, made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The staff made me feel welcome and looked after, with real professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend this location for friendly, reliable service and a comfortable stay. I look forward to coming back for future work trips.
