I love this place, but our last stay was awful. They were doing stucco remodeling outside, with the hammer drill making horrible noise from 8am all day for two weeks. Management hadn’t told us about the project ahead of time. Very unprofessional.

The trolley stop right outside made it easy to get to restaurants and bars and enjoy the nightlife without driving. The beach is a short walk away, and it’s a beautiful place to stay while visiting Siesta Key.

The beach access is convenient, and the pool is private. The condo’s a little dated but well kept, and I’d definitely return. The powder white sand and blue-green water are worth a million.

We rented a condo for two weeks and were told by a board member’s wife to park my truck two miles away. We did that for the whole stay. On the last day, we called the office to make sure parking there was okay. As I was coming in, she said I couldn’t park there, then came over and told us we should never come back.

The place is really great, and it’s recovering fast from the tornado that tore through the key. It had the most damage, and the worst of it.
