The desk had a notice saying refunds were only available within 15 minutes of seeing the room, which should've been my warning. I paid $329 in advance for three nights, but the room was disgustingly dirty, including the air conditioner and bathtub. I stayed one night and checked out the next morning, without asking for a refund because I didn't expect to get one. Management didn't seem to understand when I told them how dirty the hotel was and that they should clean it up. OYO is a large hospitality chain based in India, and based on my experience, I'd avoid the brand. The positive reviews I saw when booking seemed inaccurate, maybe not even real. I wish I could give this place minus five stars. Lesson learned: check Google Reviews first.

The rooms are filthy, and amenities are extremely limited: towels, one roll of toilet paper, one TV channel, and no hair dryer or iron. They say there's laundry, but there wasn't. Even the ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Bare, dirty bones. OYO seems to mean you're on your own.

The customer service was top tier, but the room wasn't what I'd booked. I requested a king bed and got two double beds instead. We also had trouble with the room key, and the bathroom door handle was coming loose.

The location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, Walmart, and other places. The rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good, and the service was excellent.

Keep an eye on your account. I was charged a $150 customer support fee for one month and let it go. Then I paid for a week and another $60 came out. When I called, they tried to explain the amount, but I had no proof of their explanation and did have proof I'd been overcharged. They only sent an invoice afterward. I told them that was illegal and they had 24 hours to fix it. It took three hours. They know what they're doing, so pay attention.
