Comfort Inn & Suites

I was exhausted from a long drive, otherwise I would have changed hotels. The front desk man was kind and attentive, and the staff are extremely friendly, but they clearly need more people working there. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly: dead roaches, stains of who knows what, and sticky, dirty surfaces everywhere. The floors should have been clean, but even the carpet felt like a sticky movie theater floor. The remote was sticky too, and I was afraid to shower in case I caught something. Noise came through the walls, and upstairs neighbors stomping around woke me several times. Apart from that helpful front desk host, I’d pass on this place.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean. It also looks like some upgrades have been done recently. But the pool was unbearably cold, and there isn’t a hot tub, even though the website says there is one.

I had to switch hotels after they raised their prices because a country singer was coming to town on Saturday December 13th 2025. I wasn’t happy about it and think raising prices for something like that is wrong.

Everything else was great, including the place and the room. The only little hiccup was that they didn’t have the extra bedding we needed until the next day. All in all, a great experience.
