There were bedbugs in my room, and a guy wearing hulk hands jumped my dad outside. The worker helped them.

The only thing that felt a bit cramped was the shower. Otherwise, we slept well and felt safe, and the room was much bigger and nicer than we'd expected, with a good-sized bed, table, TV, fridge, and microwave. The tile was clean, and the room smelled fresh. We booked at the last minute because nearby hotels were outrageously priced or already full, and expected a small, grimy place based on the exterior. For the location and price, it's a steal. We'll stay again if we're in the area.

Roaches crawled on the walls, the beds were nasty, and the whole place smelled awful. The pool was empty, despite being advertised as filled. There was graffiti on the walls, and housekeeping was lazy and rude. She vacuumed only once in a week, after my husband had asked for three days. We paid $400 for the week. They wouldn't show us the rooms before payment and won't give refunds. I wouldn't recommend it for a dog's vacation. On top of everything, three loads of cops, an ambulance, and a fire truck came to the rooms two doors down to bust up a meth lab. Worst experience of my life.

I was in Ocala for a few days and needed somewhere to stay at 8 pm. The woman working communicated through a tiny window slot and wouldn't let me into the lobby, even to enter my card PIN. She asked me to write it on paper instead. I ended up showing it on my phone, which seemed very illegal. After I signed a no-refund paper, she told me room service would knock and enter each morning without my permission. When I asked what time, she wouldn't say and had a bad attitude. I felt unsafe and had no privacy because the door only had the regular keycard lock, no security lock. The room was hot because the AC was off, and the fridge was unplugged. Even after I plugged it in, I had to turn on its internal switch to use it. I checked out early and found somewhere else. It was way overpriced.
