Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was convenient, and the hotel is close to restaurants, stores, and freeway access. The place felt safe, stable, clean, quiet, and well kept. My room was comfortable, orderly, and in good condition, with everything properly maintained. Breakfast runs from 6:30 to 9:30 in the morning, with a full hot buffet: pancakes, eggs, omelettes, fresh fruit, yogurts, cinnamon rolls, fresh juices, and different teas and coffees. Coffee isn't served all day. I share straightforward updates about where I stay so others can benefit from clear, honest information. Those who follow my travels closely will know what I mean. Everything I share comes from peace, love, and simple honesty. More reviews to come.

This was my second stay here, and I felt very safe both times. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Holiday Inn. I'll always stay here.

The king suite is quite large, and the bathrooms were clean. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The carpet and furniture need a good steam cleaning to get rid of the smell, though. And good luck getting your room cleaned during your stay.

An emergency came up, so I canceled a booking before the date they had told me was the cancellation deadline. I was surprised to get no refund. The booking page still says “free cancellation until Thursday.” If you think you might need to cancel, absolutely don't book with this place. Don't waste your money on policies this rudimentary.

As of Jan. 2026, this is the newest motel/hotel in Simi, so the riff-raff hasn't had time to spread destruction around yet. Whatever the hotel brand, I always bring a small pack of disinfectant wipes. I wipe down the knobs, remote, toilet seat, even the Bible. All of it, no matter where I'm staying.
