The shuttle came in handy, and the breakfast and coffee setup were good. Everyone working here was great. Our room and the common areas were clean and didn't feel run down.

They took care of a maintenance concern really quickly, and we'll definitely stay here again. The welcome and introduction to the hotel were fantastic. Our Fabulous room looked great and was well maintained. My wife, the original "Princess and the Pea," slept soundly, and we wanted for nothing in the room. Breakfast was just what we expected, with whole bean Costa coffee available around the clock.

The lobby coffee was really good, freshly ground and brewed on demand all day and night. There were plenty of sugar and cream options, plus tea and cocoa. When I mentioned our 4:00 am departure, Libby kindly offered to put breakfast out early so we could eat before getting back on the road. She was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well located, and I'd stay again.

The room was small, though I understand IHG focuses on an affordable, essential stay. The decor was bright. I found the front desk unpleasant to deal with, especially the late afternoon and evening staff. They seemed inattentive and unfriendly. There were a lot of homeless people hanging around the building, and patrol trucks were parked in front of the entrance almost every day I was there.
