From check-in on, I felt unwelcome. Whenever I asked about the room, towels, or even basic questions, the staff seemed annoyed, dismissive, and just rude. When I raised problems with the room, there was no apology or offer to help, only attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything unusual, just basic service, but spent the stay feeling ignored. For what I paid, this should have been much better. I couldn’t relax or enjoy my trip, and I won’t stay here again. I hope people see this before they book.

There were four of us sharing a room with two beds. My mother uses a wheelchair and is at risk of falling, so she asked staff for a bath mat to use in the tub. They said they didn’t have one. She then asked for another towel to put down so she could step safely, but they refused because the room already had four towels. With four people staying there, that meant one of us would have to give up the towel we needed to shower and dry off. I only heard about this when we were checking out the next day. I’m very disappointed and will never stay here again. I suggest you don’t either.

The front desk person was friendly and got us checked in quickly, even though it was late. After our long drive, we could get some rest before finishing the trip home in the morning.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and service, especially after reading a few unhappy reviews. Even with our very late arrival, staff helped us promptly. The room showed a little wear, but it was modern overall and very thoroughly cleaned. For the price, I’m satisfied with the stay.
